You will need to install a well and a septic system all of which is typical of acreage lots in San Luis Obispo County. This lot will need to have electricity lines extended making it ideal for off the grid solar power. I have built off the grid solar houses before on rural acreage and it was less expensive than running power a few hundred feet with the added benefit of no utility bill.
